A fix charge of 12 euros will be required for any hotel reservation.
NO REFUND will be made.
Reservation will be made on a "first paid, first served" basis.

To guarantee the reservation a deposit is required. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and the amount deducted from your account when you check out. City tax and breakfast are to be paid directly to the hotel.
We urge you to book your accommodation as soon as possible; after May 27th we won't be able to guarantee any reservations.
No reservation will be confirmed until payment is received.
If you are delayed, your reservation may be automatically cancelled and your deposit lost. Please do not forget to advise us or the hotel if you are delayed.
No reservation modifications will be accepted after May 27th, 2004.
