Oral presentation
Please refer to the scientific programme now available
to know
when and at what time your presentation is scheduled.
Oral presentation
will last 18 minutes including 3 minutes for questions/answers.
Please
note that
only Microsoft
Powerpoint
PC presentation
will be accepted (Iomega Zip, Cd-Rom or floppy disk), and that
authors
won’t be able to use their own laptop. We
recommend the author to present yourself at the preview
slide room (Salon Lumière – Level -1) at least
3 hours
before
their presentation.
You will have to prepare a short biography (5 lines maximum) to be given to the chairman of the session before its start.
The chairman will read this biography to introduce your talk.
Poster
presentation
Please
refer to
the scientific programme now available to know when and
at what time your poster is scheduled.
Posters sessions
will be held within the scientific exhibition
at Level
-2. Posters will be on a display for a single day. Authors
can access the poster area before 8 :30 in
order to
tack their poster on the board, and they are invited
to remove it after 18 :00 that evening.
Surface available for the poster will be: height: 1.20
m ; width: 0.90 m
Please
note that
the surface
where to stick the poster is laminated panel (drawing pin
unauthorized – hanging materials
will be
provided
on site)
