Student registration fees:

Student registration fees include attendance, access to the exhibition, copy of the Proceedings, free lunches, coffee-breaks and welcome cocktail.

Students are elligible for student registration. Students must fax to Transit Communications (+33 (0)4 72 98 58 98) a proof of their status after the on-line registration has been completed (University certification).

cancellations policy

Registration fees :

Cancellation should be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
Before April 20th: 100% will be refunded.
From April 20th To May 27th: refund less 150 euros for administrative fees.
After May 27th: no refund will be made under any circumstances.

Accommodation :

Cancellation should be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
Hotel reservation fees won't be refundable under any circumstances.
Before April 9th: total paid will be refunded less 12 euros for hotel
reservation fees.
After April 9th: no refund will be made under any circumstances.
